These figures measure different parts of the market, but they tell a similar story: Woodruff remains relatively affordable compared with many communities closer to Greenville while continuing to experience modest appreciation.

Battery production is expected to begin in December 2026, supporting the company’s next generation of electric vehicles built in the Upstate.
