Spaulding Farm - Greenville, SC

Spaulding Farm in Greenville, South Carolina is a sought-after pool community consisting of approximately 353 homes.  The development of this community began in the early 90's, but several homes were constructed even in 2005 and 2006.  Lot sizes range from 1/3 acre to 1 acre, and homes in this community are considered traditional, most of which were custom built.  The amenities in Spaulding Farms underwent a small overhaul in 2008, when a new clubhouse was built in addition to the existing clubhouse.  The "old" clubhouse is now home to the fitness center, and other amenities include two pools, a kiddie pool, playground, tennis courts, and more!  Spaulding Farm is also conveniently located close to Woodruff Road shopping, including Shops at Greenridge, and only 12 minutes from downtown Greenville!
