Sparrows Point is a wonderful pool community located near Five Forks and Woodruff Road. Consisting of approximately 382 single-family residences, the community features a swimming pool, tennis courts, and playground. From the close proximity to all of the shopping Woodruff Road has to offer, to the close-knit atmosphere of the community, you will not be disappointed with what Sparrows Point has to offer. As former President of the homeowner's association, and having lived in the community myself for nearly four years, it is always a pleasure helping others see what attracted my wife and I to Sparrows Point when purchasing our first home.
Construction in Sparrows Point began in 1996, and finished in late-2000. While Pulte built a majority of the homes in Sparrows Point, Ryland built several homes on the southwest side of the neighborhood.
