Orchard Farms - Simpsonville, SC
Orchard Farms is a community of approximately 464 single-family homes located near the intersection surrounding Batesville Road and Roper Mountain Road in Simpsonville, SC. Construction began in 1995, and the final home was constructed around March 2003. Orchard Farms is actually divided into four sections: Arbor Walk, Baker's Garden, Carriage Place, and The Courtyard.
Orchard Farms also features an excellent collection of amenities, including sidewalks on most major roads, and a 10 acre recreational area. This area features a clubhouse, Jr. Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball goals, playground, and even a baseball diamond!
