Len has been in the real estate business for over 26 years and has served as a broker owner of a national franchise company and as a broker for a national franchise company. He has been in the Greenville market for over 25 years and presently serves on the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors Board of Directors and is a South Carolina state director. He has been involved in over 750 transactions and continues to enjoy helping buyers and sellers realized their home ownership dreams. Prior to getting into the real estate industry, Len served over 20 years in the United States Navy and retired as a Lieutenant Commander having served in the communication field and in the submarine service. Len is active in his church and in the local real estate association and will serve as the president of the local association in 2016. He has been married to Kathy for over 43 years and has three grown children.
